1, .The web master is responsible for the maintenance of the RB3 website at http://www.rb3entrenaranjos.info/ also the Forum at: http://groups.msn.com/RB3EntreNaranjos
These duties include, but not limited to the following.
2, Construct the website for & on behalf of the Owners of RB3, and with the full co-operation of the Managing Committee of RB3.
3, Make the website easily viewable by all Owners who wish to use it.
4, Ensure that items deemed to be sensitive by the Managing Committee, or not for public consumption. Should be held behind a secure area of the website, and at least Password protected for access. And that all Owners of RB3 should be allowed access, no matter what there financial standing is with the Community.
5, Keep the site maintained in good working order, and fix broken links or pages when brought to the attention of the Webmaster, and in a reasonable time frame.
6, Include as many informative articles that would benefit the Owners of RB3, or any that might be requested by them. Subject to the information being freely available, or the written consent of the owner sought. And subject to the limitations of the knowledge of the web master And limitations of the storage capacity of the server where the website is held, the account for RB3, or other limitations beyond the control of the web master
7, Not to use inflammatory or rude words in any of the content, and not to liable any Owner of RB3 no matter what the reason. This website is for the sole purpose to inform.
8, To refuse to include any item that could be inflammatory, libellous or speaks of an Owner in a derogatory way.
9, If the President or By majority vote of the Managing Committee, force the web master to include any of said items, then the web master accepts no responsibilities for said articles, as it can be agreed that the web master is only the messenger, and not the author.
10, Adhere to the Information Security Policy.
11, Abide by the Privacy Policy.
12, Abide by the Confidentiality Agreement that they have signed.
