Role, Responsibilities & Obligations of the Secretary

1.Keeper of the Official Minutes Book ( Libro de Actas)
2.Ensures all Attendees at the AGM, sign the Attendance sheet.
3.Records all Events & Points raised etc. into the Minutes Book.
4.Records all Objections & by whom.
5.To issue a Certificate of a Sellers “State of Account” (Authorised by the President)
6.To be informed by all owners, their Official Address for notifications.
7.To send, or Deliver notices of Meetings.
8.Ensure the Minutes Book (Libro de Actas) is completed, and stamped by the Notary at issue.
9.Keep all Records, Correspondence & Documents of the Community. ( To be available for Viewing by Owners on Request)
10.To see & Record any Proxy Voting Forms.
11.Adhere to the Information Security Policy.
12.Abide by the Privacy Policy.
13.Abide by the Confidentiality Agreement that they signed.
