Definition: Trusted Zone. The trusted zone in IE7+, is part of the internet security settings for that browser.
There is the Internet zone, Local Intranet zone, Trusted sites zone & Restricted sites zone.
I am only concentrating on the trusted sites zone for this article, but may look at the others some other time.
The trusted zone is where you put the URL or address, of any website that you trust not to do you harm. Like send you malicious software or add aware to either annoy you, log your movements, collect your passwords etc., etc. Very nasty stuff!. Only ever put a site into this zone, if you are absolutely certain it will not send you harmful software. Our Community website at: http://www.rb3entrenaranjos.info is one such trusted site, like http://www.bbc.co.uk.
Procedure on how to enable www.rb3entrenaranjos.info into your trusted zone
and for any other trusted site
IE7+ only.
Open your Internet Explorer browser, doesn't matter what page is shown.
Click “Tools” tab
Click “Internet Options” tab
Click “Security! tab
Click “Trusted sites” tab
Click “Sites” button
In the pop-up window, you should see two text areas, the smaller top one called “add this website to the zone” remove any text in the window (unless it shows the following URL/Address) enter http://www.rb3entrenaranjos.info/
Click “Add” and the site will be added to the list in the second window (could be the only one if this is your first time)
Remove the tick in the box “This server requires verification (https) for all sites in this zone)
Click “Close”
Click “Accept”
Restart your browser and go to the website http://www.rb3entrenaranjos.info/ and login to the secure area. If you set-up the browser as shown above, you should now see the green tick and the words "Trusted Zone" in the bottom right of the Internet Explorer Browser, and you should now be given access to the secure area. But, there are many other Security aspects in IE7 that could also prevent you from entering the site. I suggest you press the F1 key, with your browser open, and look in the help files.
I must emphasize here, it is only your browser security or wrong login details, that will prevent you from entering the secure area.
